MyPengo's hot artist: Usher

Success seems to come natural for Usher. Even before turning 30 he has already sold more than 30 million albums, won numerous awards, performed on Broadway, starred on TV, started his own label and owned part of an NBA team.

Things really got rolling at just 13 when his Star Search performance helped land him a recording contract. Two years later he came out with his self titled debut Album Usher and he climbed into the Billboard charts. The sophomore effort My Way featured the hit number one single “You Make Me Wanna” which stayed on the R&B charts longer than any previous single. The following albums 8701 and Confessions only added more hardware to his collection.

This year Usher releases his much anticipated album Here I Stand. Joined by a cast of music whose who including Jermaine Dupri, T-Pain and Jay-Z it is hard to imagine this album will not live up to his previous work.
